Common questions

How do I open the camera from the Lock Screen?

On iOS 18 or later, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, and replace a bottom control with the Shotfile camera.

Where are my photos stored?

On your device, inside the app. They are not added to your personal camera roll unless you export them.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple Account settings.

How do I back up my work?

Export a ZIP backup to Files or your computer. Device and iCloud backups follow your Apple settings.
